BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1010 North Runyan Drive, being on the southwest line of North Runyan Drive southeast of Runyan Drive. Lot 4, Walbro Investments Addition to S. B. Godsey Farm Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 48, page 255, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4179, page 656, ROHC. Tax Map No. 117F-B-11.2. from R-4 Special Zone to R-T1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1.
